After years of attending industry conferences and networking events that felt transactional and hollow, our founder set out to create something fundamentally different.
The insight was simple: the most valuable professional relationships in business are never built in a ballroom of 500 people. They're built over dinner. In small rooms. In conversations that go somewhere real.
SEN was created to engineer those conditions — to bring together the most thoughtful senior leaders in retail, commerce, and technology in settings designed for genuine connection.
What started as a series of intimate executive dinners has grown into a community of 500+ senior leaders across the USA and beyond. But the founding principle has never changed: every experience we create is designed to foster real conversation and meaningful relationships.
